Kevin Bacon: HIJINX Kevin Bacon: HIJINX

Rated 4 / 5 stars April 2, 2010

It was pretty good animations

You did very nicely considering that you only had moments notice to make this animation. Could be longer, though the music and voice acting fit rather nicely into this.

Though I don't get whose Kevin Bacon?

RedHarvest responds:

ya im not very good at drawing him haha.

BACONUDEN BACONUDEN

Rated 2 / 5 stars April 2, 2010

Why is this joke funny?

I don't get it, just shows a guy (akumabacon?) and someone named Kevin Bacon fighting. Not really funny, with ok-animations though.

Fig. 8 Fig. 8

Rated 3 / 5 stars September 8, 2009

12 minutes...

It was a good game to a certain extent, but I have to subtract points from my rating (8/10) for how long it tends to drag on. Nobody is forcing me to play it that long, it's just that most of us on newgrounds are american. As americans, we tend to go for things with plots and story lines and lots of action.

Though I was intrigued with this game at first, it tended to feel dragged out and ultimately, boring.

Though I am interested in the blueprint in general, what is it supposed to be about?

aeiowu responds:

oui oui, si vous plait bon donmigo.

Blizzconned Blizzconned

This is a good flash...

Loved every minute about it...

but just so you know... it's not really blizzards fault? Think about the overload the blizzard server gets.

It's like what happens during any major site where first come first serve... it fills up reallly quick.

Best thing to do is maybe make a bot that automatically inputs all the information into the fields and goes to that page at EXCACTLY 12:00 am and hit enter. (Otherwise... be quicker ;) I got into the blizzcon)

Seed of Destruction Seed of Destruction

Rated 4 / 5 stars May 29, 2009

Highly disappointed with a medal (rest is good)

The game was incredibly good (and addictive) and I got all medals except pancake factory, seed of destruction (becuase not sure if I can do that since I already beaten game), I am illiterate (obvious reason), but the medal that made me mad was looking for a challenge.

I was at first taking this too seriously as a points game, was standing in the center waiting for missles to come and such which eventually killed me for my antics cause gernades usually bounce me into the missles. BUT...

When I was playing listening to a youtube video (2nd go-around), I had set the intensity to max with all units, but I played a 3 minute and 30 second movie 4 times (obviously amounting to 14 minutes total give or take because 2 seconds was about the movie intro.)

I never got that medal :'( and though it was quite fun going through the endless spawnings of crazy amounts of things shooting at me, it was majorly saddening that I never got rewarded for doing so.

I definitely recommend this to people who have free time (and don't have a addictive personality :P)

SHIFT 4 SHIFT 4

Rated 4.5 / 5 stars May 21, 2009

Holy crap :o! shift 4 is awesome!

Seriously to anyone who hasn't beaten shift 4, beat it! The coolest song ever is waiting for you to sing it's tale too along with it's upbeat music.

Those who aren't wanting to beat it, meh tough luck for you.

Seriously though, this game is pretty cool, it's basically the old shift with a few new funcitons (which is good, still hate the ctrl since it's not nearly as good of a function as SHIFT). I liked shift 4 much better than 2 or 3 (and I loved them both, play all of them if you never heard of shift).

And now I'm pondering if I sound more like a advertiser than a reviewer :-|

Still great game though

Gray Gray

Rated 5 / 5 stars May 13, 2009

The meaning, the whole meaning and...

The meaning of this game takes place from the start. It is proven to be a experiment and fron the moment you press space shows that you are submitting yourself into here.

From the very beginning before your mind has submitted itself to what the public things, becomes very fuzzy with black and white showing itself quite clearly, with grey showing out the most. But most people don't give it much of a thought here, giving more attention to "black" and "white" before we ask ourselves what is the meaning to this game. Thsi clearly shows that we are susceptable of black and white whatever it could mean and "gray" just naturally shows as a title and the game, therefore bearing less significance though we have always known there is a gray before the black and the white. They just stand out more.

Once you hit enter, you start as a black symbolic of what we are assume as people immediately, as we made our mind up on one thing, though willing to talk/communicate to others (hence the white outline). The people who are fully white are people who do not wish to communicate to you and believe their side is the best side. This reasoning could mean many things, but the author of this review decides that it is because the people fully white do not understand fully what that topic is and merely following others so they don't become a outcast (since everyone becomes one side soon enough). While the people who are white, yet black outlines suggest that they know some things, but are open to suggestions to their questions.

Once you talk to one person who could become black, you engage in a "exercise" explaining to them who are, what you stand for, and what not. You both talk relatively short about the subject because it is a new situation that occurred, hereby not much evidence can be presented. If you mess up once, the person goes back to his thinking if you completely out talk him, he will join your cause. Note that he is pure black meaning he is not going to change to white at all because he is now following a crowd (you).

Once you have 3 people, it catches on that you may be right about what you believe in, as the crowd starts tipping in your favor. Starts showing that you have something that could even disproves their theory. Soon after some talking, everyone starts joining your side... till you find something that disproves your own theory

and switch sides...

Your crowd leaves you, astonished that you have switched to the side you hate, as you convince new people that you were wrong and they were right. Showing them new evidence and how it connects to their previous thought as they convert back to your side. Once again, everyone sees that you were right and change to your side.

This pattern continues as you find evidence turning you back and forth. Every time you switch the crowd gets easier to turn onto the otherside due to massive confusion and panic as less and less people follow you because of how you turn so much, but rather join the crowd from the people you created [in the massive twist of irony] as the crowd swings left and right so fast.

Soon, you say enough and turn into a color that no one understands. The color that says we should try to find a way for one or the other to go along. In the pitfire that you have created tells you that their right and the old beliefs say their right, they tend to pick out the things they want to hear rather than the beliefs that can change them. Hence why they are talking to you still but no one is listening to the other because they're both wrong (in their beliefs). As you soon simply become ignored and pushed back and forth into the crowds till your existance ends.

This was a very thought out thing that you did authors, especially like the simplicity of it and how it made me think about every little thing that was presented towards me and how it even makes me think a little about who I was in the mess (which I feel is the grey guy since I usually don't give a fuck, but maybe that's my opportunist mind?)

Well played author well played.

DUCK SIM 2008 DUCK SIM 2008

Rated 5 / 5 stars January 26, 2009

OMG THIS IS EPIC :O!

I have finally understand this game so well. I have surpassed myself and saw through the screen and felt like I was in another world. It's a game where you can experience the actions as if you were there watching the duck yourself!

Walkthrough:
WARNING - !CONTAINS SPOILERS! - WARNING
1. Press the left mouse button to click the water
2. Release the left mouse button to not click the water
3. Click the right mouse button
4. Hit "Play"
5. Now the duck can drown if you hold the left mouse button again

I do believe from his comment there used to be games you could play with it to keep the duck happy, but if we have games, what would become of our lives? To waste 5-10 minutes on a game? That would be illogical and a waste of time from what we could learn as this game reflects our personality.

I can only wish those who voted low could be punched, falcon pawnched, shark panched in the face, then served cake before throwing him/her into the incinerator after of course killing their beloved companion cube.

Don't forget also for bonus points to click your mouse with the music and watch your duck dance!!!
